Gabe has his first Baseball Game...the A's

What a handsome bunch we have!

We're so excited about Gabe playing his second year of t-ball...only their not quite the little tikes they were last year.  They throw with some skill and concentration.  They run in the right direction around the diamond...and they're getting guys out and avoiding the outs more.  Still cute...It's "Coach Pitch".  The coach pitches 5 times then the boys get the T if needed.  That's quite rare...

Sun Lakes

Wow!  What an action packed couple days at Sun Lakes State Park!  I made an impromptu decision that we were all going to go camping this weekend.  What a fun time!  We did have a bout with a tummy flu bug but, despite that, had a great time.

This game was so fun...it was "Water Wars".  You'd shoot water balloons at your opponent about 40 feet away...what a gusher!

Poor Gretchen...she got hit worst with a tummy bug...just wanted to spend some alone time...later she told us because we kept bugging her with "Are you alright?" and "Do you need anything?", etc. 

Gabe's always finding bugs...this time it was a "Potato" or "Pill" bug!

Just some fun stuff from wind down (wound up) pre school-out times...

We know the sun's coming out...to stay sometime!

 

School's out for summer!!! ...almost.

 Whew!  Almost summer break...tomorrow to be exact.  The yearbooks, slide shows, graduation ceremonies, library book returns, etc. are complete and a breath of easy air is coming! 
It's been quite an adventure...time challenging to keep up with the dates on the calender.  I've posted some of the stuff we've done, played with lately...just getting things back in order and the blogging will hopefully catch up.  Have a great summer start!  Think SUNSHINE!!!

My son had his kindergarten graduation ceremony today...needless to say...we passed around lots of tissues!

...and he actually let me ride home with him on the bus!!!  I guess he is still my "Little Gabe"!  There on the bus I took the opportunity to get a quick self portrait with him...fun, fun!
